Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Vow Studio. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to build a site, and you are responsible for keeping it secure. One account gets one wedding site. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You keep ownership of everything you upload: photos, names, text, all of it. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running your site, and nothing more. We do not use your photos for marketing without asking you first.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not:

• infringe someone else's copyright
• contain unlawful, hateful, or harassing material
• include other people's personal information without a good reason to

Your guests' information

When you add guests, you are handling other people's personal information. Please only add details you have a legitimate reason to hold, and treat them the way you would want yours treated.

Payment and publishing

Building a site is free. Publishing it (making it publicly reachable) is a one-time charge shown to you before you pay, handled by PayMongo. Prices are in Philippine pesos.

If a payment is refunded, the site returns to draft and stops being publicly visible.

What we can do

We can suspend or remove a site that breaks these terms, for illegal content, impersonation, or abuse of the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Availability

We work to keep Vow Studio running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you notice and a way to export your content.

Please keep your own copies of your photos. We take backups, but Vow Studio is not a photo archive and should not be the only place your wedding images exist.

Liability

Vow Studio is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can stop using Vow Studio and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@getvowstudio.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will update the date at the top of this page.
